Our company is promoted by Mr.Sanjay Bhimashankar Thobde, Mr. Ramchandra Damodar Raghoji and his associates.Our company is a Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) with Registered under Section 45 IA of Reserve Bank of India Act- 1934.

The company is engaged in business of hire purchase of two wheeler, three wheeler and four wheeler and construction equipments loans to any eligible entities. Also we carry on the business of all types of finance, investment and the non-banking financial activities of all types.
The Company has been converted from Public Company to Private Company. The Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent to Conversion from Public
Company’s Authorized share capital is Rs 5.00 Cr. and the Total paid-up capital is Rs 5.00 cr. Our Operating revenue is Rs 2.33 Core.& Rs 2.41 Core Financial Year 21-22 & 22-23 Respectively, It’s EBIT has increased by 17.08 % over the previous year.
Professional Management
Ravisagar Auto Finance Limited is promoted by a group of professional headed by Mr Sanjay B.Thobde who is in this line for the last more than Thity- Three years. The members of Board of Directors of the Company are distinguished personalities from various fields of business and commerce.
Mr Sanjay Thobde aged about 63 years-founder Chairman, is an imminent professional specializing in various fields including finance and investment activities and has substantial experience in problems related to this field and is well conversant with the stock markets. He belongs to one of the oldest highly cultured and distinguished family from Solapur.
Mr. Ramchandra Damodar Raghoji age about 65 year founder Vice-Chairman is very wide Professional experience in field of finance and investment activities and well aware of the market scenario and its peculiarities.
Mr. Arjun Dashrathsa Arsid age about 66 year is very widely experienced is engaged in Finance Business for the last more than thirty years.
Mr. Shivanand Ningdalli age about 64 year is very widely Professional experienced in field of finance and investment activities for the last more than Thirty years.

Siddhida Thobde and Trinetra Thobde is Additional appointed Director On 16th May, 2019 and both of them are highly educated professionals.
Finance Section
Basically the Company Provide finances to the New and Used vehicles. There are many parameters which vary from case to case, which are considered before a loan is sanctioned for the vehicle.
Amongst the various factors, following are the main principles:
• Verify Cibil score of Borrower & Guarantor.
• Physical Verification of the Vehicle is carried out by the experts in the field.
• Verification of Borrower’s house , also work place, and enquiry about his character is done.
• Depending upon the credit-worthiness of the owner, the quantum of valuation is finalized which varies from 40% to 60% of the Valuation.
A Hire-Purchase Agreement is executed with the borrower and the name of the Company is noted on the R.C. Book of the Vehicle as an owner. Till the valuation amount is cleared in full, ownership of the Company continues to be there in the R.C. Book.
Sales and Sales Management
The members of the Board of Directors of our company come from business group and they have diverse experience to their credit. The versatility of their business experience makes them very knowledgeable managerial team. They are well aware of the market scenario and its peculiarities. There is going to be a very sharp upward trend in the business and industrial scenario of the Solapur city in the near future as the airport is being operational from maximum July in this year. This gives the company an added advantage and this further strengthens the business potential for the Company.
